Day 19 of 30

Day 19- Nicknames you have; why do you have them
The only real nickname I have is Dee, which is short for my full nickname, Dee-Da-Da.
The story is simple, when my cousin, Katie, was little she could not say Angela, she said Dee-Da-Da.  It stuck to a few in my family, my dad started calling me that, then a few of my friends... it's tamed off a bit since.  My aunt still calls me Dee all the time.  A couple of my friends do... and I think my dad occasionally does.

Other than that, I guess Ang is technically is a nickname, even though it's just short for my real name.  Ang is what I want people to call me if we have a relationship, or if I introduce myself as Ang... then it's cool.  My blogger friends - you better call me Ang, cause that's how I roll around these parts.  I don't do Angie, but Angela is also acceptable.
