I've used it for work, I've used it for personal... it's pretty well amazing!

Awesome! I had to do exactly that this morning. Called the 1-800 number for my bank to ask a simple question, then got sent in "please press 1" circles for aboue 10 minutes. I had to look up the local branch's phone number and got an answer in 5 seconds!
