ewww!!!
So - I need to know what YOU use to take care of yours.
I don't get pimples all the time, usually one around my time of the month, if even. However, when I was living with mommy, she had this super awesome creme that she got outside of the US (it's only available by Rx in the US) - it worked to dry that sucker out in like a day. It was awesome. It is awesome. However, I can't go to her house each time I breakout... so... I need something I can by over the counter that works, quick.
Tell me about what you use - something affordable and reliable. GO!

I've *heard* that you can use Crest toothpaste? Not the gel, but the paste stuff. I don't know if it really works, but something in that dries it up. Maybe Google that first?
Coincidentally, I know if you put that Crest paste on someone's lips, they will puff out to double/triple the size and be bright red. So that's a fun prank. ;)
Take some aspirin and crush it up and add a drop of water to make a paste. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash off.
Or you can buy Clearasil Acne Treatment Cream for a few bucks at Target. But it can be drying so be careful, I try to only use it a couple of nights before bed.
i do spot treatments w a cream that has 10% benzoyl peroxide. it works great for blackheads, too. i forget the brand -i think its clearasil- but definitely something you can get over the counter.
Don't hate me, but that doesn't happen to me much so I have no advice really. But I hope it goes soon!! My brother used have acne and he used to use this thing that looked like a glue stick - it was very acidic, that's all I know. I'll ask him if you like?
